Moulana Mogamat Rifaat Carolus (Imam of Hopefield Islamic Society & Head of the Head of West Coast Ulama) spent some time at the CTIEC – Cape Town Islamic Educational Centre earlier today and there after visited the CTIEC Media & Broadcasting to say a few words and share his feelings about the CTIEC.
