The Winter Warmth Appeal gives blankets and warm clothing directly to families and children who live on the streets of Cape Town. Homeless people living on the streets of the city with no roof suffers massive freezing winter breeze without adequate protection and warmth. CTIEC annually distributes hundreds of Blankets to those in need.
